October 2026 Update: I have updated the queue to include percentages of how far along each plush is. I hope this will be more helpful to people who are waiting. If you see your plush has a percent next to it, it is in-work and I can give you a WIP photo upon request. If your plush is in the queue, I have not started embroidering yet.

Percentages Breakdown:

  • 5%: Facial embroidery is done

  • 10%: All embroidery digitization for the base plush is done

  • 20%: All embroidery for the base plush is done

  • 30%: Head construction is done

  • 40%: Body construction is done

  • 50%: Base plush is completed and awaiting surface details and layers

  • 60%: Hair is complete

  • 70%: Torso details are complete

  • 80%: Leg/bottom half details are complete

  • 90%: Accessories and appendages are complete

  • 100%: Plush is complete and posted on x.com/plushgarden

  • Once your plush is at 100% I will email you to confirm your address. At this time I will remove your character from this page in order to keep it easy to use.

Please note that once I have begun embroidery on your plush, I can no longer offer a refund. Refunds are only available for plushes that have not been started yet. If you see anything wrong, don’t see your character, want to see a WIP photo, or would like to be refunded, email me at lia@plushgardenhandmade.com . DMs on x.com/twitter don’t always get seen, so it’s best to email me.

About Bonus Plushes

Since I had to take an extended hiatus after my acute medical emergency in summer 2024, I am offering a complimentary extra custom plush to everyone who has extended me grace and understanding through my recovery process. If you received your plush in 2025 or later (of this current batch), you are eligible to receive a bonus plush.

If you originally ordered 1 plush, you can receive a 6 inch “Pitanui”-style or 10 inch Action Doll as your bonus plush. If you ordered 2 or more plushes, I can make you a 12 inch “Pitanui Grande”-style if you want instead. I can only make one bonus plush per order. If you don’t know whether or not you are eligible, you can email me and I will let you know.

I will email everyone who is eligible for bonus plushes in late November 2026 about what character they would like for their bonus. If you live in the US, I will make your plush after I finish my commissions. If you live outside the US, I will make your bonus with your commission for shipping and tariffs reasons. Some international clients have already received their bonus plush, so if you see me making a plush that isn’t mentioned on this page, it is probably a bonus for someone.

I will take a small round of commissions (6 slots) at some point during the bonus plush making journey in order to purchase materials such as fabric, interfacing, and shipping supplies in order to make the bonus plushes happen. So if you see me do that, don’t be alarmed. It might take me a while but I’ll get it done!

Disclaimer: If you order a plush from me in 2026 or later, you are not eligible for a bonus plush. This is only for clients who placed an order in 2024 and who have been waiting for me to recover fully from my medical emergency and the life changes I had to make following that emergency. I don’t plan on taking as many commissions at once as I did ever again, so while I might still have a life or medical emergency at some point, the bonus plushes will not a standard policy for future commission batches. As a disabled artist I really appreciate everyone who has been kind and supportive to me. At the same time, I want to make sure this wait will be worth it for you. So TLDR, in the future if you order a plush slot from me, do not expect a bonus plush as well unless I specifically announce it. All announcements are made at x.com/plushgarden .
